Hibernia Media Acquires Secure Media Solutions
San Jose, California – April 14, 2008. Hibernia Media, a leading network service provider

and broadcast industries, today announced that it has acquired Secure Media Solutions, Inc. of
Los Angeles, California. Secure Media Solutions is a provider of production applications,
consulting, and managed workflow solutions to some of the highest profile production clients in
the film and television industry. Its assets and employees will become the core of
Hibernia Media’s value-added managed services offerings for media transport solutions.
Bringing together Hibernia Media’s purpose-built network for HD broadcast with the high-touch
application and service management capabilities of Secure Media Solutions enhances the depth
and range of services available to film and production companies.
